These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) are intended to establish basic matters such as the rights, obligations and responsibilities, terms and conditions of use, and procedures between the Company and users in relation to the ticket reservation service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided through the Web and App (App, application) operated by KP ART CENTER (Thailand) Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).

Matters not provided for in these Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of the Terms and Conditions shall follow the interpretation of related laws and government agencies or general customs.

③ The company shall comply with relevant laws and regulations, and if it deems that opinions or complaints raised by users regarding the use of the service are justified, it shall take necessary measures.
④ If damage occurs to users due to the service provided by the company, the company shall be liable only if such damage is caused by the company’s intent or negligence.
① Users must not perform the following acts:
1. Registration of false information during application or change, or theft and arbitrary use or collection of personal information, credit and financial information, contact information, ID (including nickname) of others
2. Accessing the company's web (Web)/app (App)/server using packet capture or programs with similar or identical functions, etc. to check the transmission contents between the company's web (Web)/app (App) and server or attempting to extract source code, etc., other than by the service usage method provided by the company, or accessing the company's web (Web)/app (App)/server using source code (including URL) and command syntax, etc. learned through such programs, etc.
3. Accessing the company's web (Web)/app (App)/server using robots (bots), crawlers, spiders, scrapers, macro programs, or other automated means or manual processes to extract data, etc., or monitoring, copying, collecting, confirming, organizing, or using content and information included in the service, etc.
4. Violating the restrictions of the robot exclusion header on the company's web (Web)/app (App)/server, or Any act of circumventing or evading other measures adopted to prevent or restrict access to the Company's Web, App, server, and services (e.g., continuously changing IPs to access, circumventing or disabling Captchas through external solutions, etc.) and accessing the Company's Web, App, and server through such means

12. Any act of using a credit card for cash flow or being subject to sanctions by financial investigative agencies, etc.
13. Repeatedly using profanity, sexually degrading language, etc. that significantly exceeds the normal scope during the company's customer complaint handling procedure, and causing fear by showing off power, etc.
14. Selling products and services learned about through the company to other users
15. Posting articles or sending emails by impersonating or pretending to be an employee of the company or a service manager, or by stealing another person's name
16. Other illegal acts or acts that violate the company's regulations
② If a user commits a prohibited act under this article, the company may suspend use of part or all of the service or terminate the service use agreement at its discretion, and the user shall be responsible for any damages resulting therefrom. If necessary, the company may notify the relevant government agency or judicial agency of the fact that the user has committed a prohibited act.
① In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical issues. However, days or times set by the company for regular maintenance, etc. are excluded.
② The company may divide the service into certain ranges and set separate usage times for each range. In this case, the company will announce the details in advance.
① In the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, or breakdown of computer or other information and communication equipment, or interruption of communication, the Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service
② In the event of a service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 1, the Company shall notify the fact of temporary suspension of the Service and the reason thereof on the initial screen of the PADO MEDIA ART SPACE WEBSITE.
③ The Company shall not compensate for any damages suffered by the User or a third party due to the temporary suspension of the Service for the reasons set forth in Paragraph 1, unless such damages are due to the Company’s intention or negligence.
① Users may obtain user qualifications and apply for ticket reservations by filling out user information in the identity verification form set by the Company and expressing their intention to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
② The Company shall, in principle, accept as a User a User a User who has applied for registration through identity verification as per Paragraph 1. However, the company may not accept applications that fall under any of the following items or may terminate the user agreement later:
1. If the applicant has previously lost user qualifications in accordance with Article 12, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions. However, this does not apply to applicants who have lost user qualifications more than 3 years ago and have obtained the company's approval for re-registration.
2. If there is any false information, omission, or error in the registration information
3. If it is determined that registering as another user significantly hinders the company's technology
4. If a child under the age of 14 does not obtain the consent of a parent or other legal representative
5. If another person's name, e-mail address, contact information, etc. is used, or if the phone number or e-mail information is the same as that of an already registered user
6. If the application is made for the purpose of violating relevant laws or disrupting public order or morals
7. If approval is not possible due to the user's fault
8. If the service is to be used for improper purposes or for profit
9. If it is confirmed that the application for use is in violation of these Terms and Conditions or is illegal or improper, and if the company determines it is necessary based on reasonable judgment
③ The time of establishment of the user registration contract is when the company's approval reaches the user.
④ If there is a change in the registration information of personal information items, the user must immediately notify the company of the change by e-mail or other means.
⑤ The company may reserve approval of user registration in the following cases:
1. When there is no realistic leeway in the service facility capacity
2. When it is determined that there is a technical problem in providing the service
3. When the company deems it necessary for financial and technical reasons
4. When the real name verification and identity verification procedures according to Article 1 are in progress
⑥ When the approval of the user registration application is not granted or reserved, the company shall notify the applicant of the fact of the refusal or reservation in a manner determined by the company.
⑦ In order to block users who repeatedly re-register or arbitrarily cancel their membership after withdrawal, or who sign up with a different email or phone number to illegally receive economic benefits such as various discount coupons and event benefits provided by the company and use their name without permission in the process, the company may refuse a user's service registration application if 7 days have not passed since the user's withdrawal.
⑧ When necessary, the company may request identity verification through mobile phone number verification, real name verification, or biometric information verification through a specialized agency at any time.
① The collection procedure for personal information of children under the age of 14 shall be in accordance with the contents of [Chapter 4 Child Users] of these Terms of Use.
② The Company may refuse or cancel registration for children under the age of 14 who have not completed the procedure for confirming consent from their parents or legal representatives.
① Users may request withdrawal of personal information from the Company at any time, and the Company shall immediately process withdrawal of personal information. However, all sales and purchase procedures for products must be completed, withdrawn, or cancelled before notifying the user of the intention to cancel. In this case, the user shall be responsible for any disadvantages resulting from withdrawal or cancellation of sales and purchases.
② If a user falls under any of the following reasons, the Company may restrict or suspend the user qualifications acquired through personal authentication.
1. If false information is registered when applying for membership
2. If another person interferes with the use of the company or steals their information
3. If the company is used to commit acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these terms and conditions or against public order and morals
4. If another person’s personal information is stolen or arbitrarily used or contact information is falsified or stolen
5. If the company intentionally interferes with other business activities
6. If Article 7 (User Obligations) of these terms and conditions is violated
③ If the same act is repeated more than twice after the company restricts or suspends the user’s qualifications or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the company may revoke the user’s qualifications.
④ If the company revoke the user’s qualifications, the user’s registration will be canceled. In this case, the user will be notified and given an opportunity to explain before the user’s registration is canceled. However, the company will retain the information for 3 years from the date of loss of user qualifications for users who have committed acts corresponding to the reasons in each subparagraph of Paragraph 2.
⑤ The user who is responsible for the termination of the service agreement due to the user's withdrawal, loss of user qualification, etc. shall be responsible for any damages resulting from the termination of the service agreement, and the company shall not be held liable unless otherwise provided for in relevant laws and regulations.
⑥ If a user does not use the service for 5 consecutive years or more, the company may take necessary measures in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and the company's policies, and may restrict use or terminate the service agreement in order to protect user information and improve the efficiency of service operation.
If the company notifies a user, it may do so via the email address or mobile phone (SMS, notification message, etc.) submitted to the company by the user.
① Child users enter their personal information according to the registration form set by the company and express their intention to agree to the child user terms and conditions. Then, they request the company to register as a child user by proving that they have received consent from their guardian.
② Child users must provide their own information, receive consent from their guardian, and confirm this according to the policy set forth on the site before using the company's services. The company can confirm the information provided by the child user and whether or not the guardian has consented, and the user and guardian must actively cooperate with the company's confirmation measures.
③ The time of establishment of the child user registration contract is when the company's consent reaches the child user.
④ When a child user reaches the age of 14, they are changed to a general user of PADO MEDIA ART SPACE WEBSITE.
① In principle, the Company approves the use of the service by a child user if it is confirmed that there is no operational or technical impediment to the application for a subscription contract by a child user pursuant to Article 14 and that the consent of a legitimate guardian has been obtained.
② In the following cases, the Company may restrict approval of a child user's subscription until the matter is resolved.
1. In the case where the Company does not have spare facilities
2. In the case where the Company has technical impediments
3. In the case where it is difficult to approve use due to other reasons attributable to the Company
③ In the following cases, the Company may restrict or suspend the user's qualifications even if the subscription has already been approved.
1. If a child user provides false personal information when applying for membership
2. If an application is made without the consent of the guardian
3. If the user deceives the company into believing that the consent of the guardian was given even though there was no consent, and the company becomes aware of this deception
4. If the user uses the company to commit acts that violate laws and public order and morals, or acts prohibited by these terms and conditions
5. If the user intentionally interferes with other business activities of the company
① Child users and their guardians may request withdrawal from the company at any time, and the company will immediately process the withdrawal. However, the service usage procedure that was being processed prior to the withdrawal must be completed, withdrawn, or cancelled, and in this case, the company will not be responsible for any disadvantages resulting from withdrawal or cancellation unless it is due to the company's intent or negligence.
② When the company restricts or suspends the qualification of a child user for the reasons set forth in Article 15, Paragraph 3, if the same act is repeated or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the company may revoke the qualification of the child user.
① When the company must notify a child user, it may do so via the email address submitted by the user to the company or the email address of the guardian.
② When a child user uses the service or makes a purchase, the company may also notify the guardian of the child user if it deems it necessary.
① Child users shall not commit the following acts:
1. Acts that mislead people into believing that false information or consent from a guardian has been obtained when applying or changing
2. Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than information specified by the company
3. Infringing on the intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, of the company and other third parties
4. Acts that damage the reputation of the company and other third parties or interfere with their business
5. Acts of disclosing or posting violent or obscene messages, images, audio, or other information that violates public order and morals to the company
6. Acts of changing or stealing information posted by the company
② Child users shall not transfer or provide their right to use the service or their status under the service agreement to another person without the company’s consent.
With regard to the registration and use of child users, the company shall follow the PADO MEDIA ART SPACE WEBSITE User Terms of Use for any matters not stipulated in this chapter.
① The company provides ticket reservation service for this exhibition via phone, internet, and reservation office. The reservation period varies depending on the reservation service selected and payment method used by the purchaser, and this follows the contents specified in the company website usage guide.
② In order to protect users and establish a fair reservation order, the company and other reservation offices may request personal authentication through mobile phone number authentication, real-name verification, or biometric information verification through a specialized agency when reserving tickets.
③ Users who do not verify their identity when reserving tickets may be restricted from using the reservation service for the relevant ticket.
① In order to protect good users, the company may restrict reservations for a certain period of time or cancel reservations for the following customers.
1. In the case of reservations made through unfair means (e.g. reservations made through abnormal means such as macro use)
2. In the case of repeated large-scale purchases followed by cancellations (e.g. repeatedly purchasing large quantities for a certain period of time and then canceling them repeatedly for resale)
3. In the case of purchasing for the purpose of black market tickets or having already sold tickets on the black market (e.g. selling the purchased tickets to another party at a higher price than the company's selling price)
4. In the case of fraudulent means such as mobile phone number verification, real-name verification, or biometric verification (e.g. stealing another person's information)
5. In other cases deemed to be fraudulent use similar to these
② In the case of the above paragraph 1, the company shall immediately grant the customer at least one day to explain, and if the customer submits a written explanation within the period, the company may cancel the relevant measure if the content is deemed reasonable.
③ In the case where the user is judged to have caused damage to the company or other users by continuously engaging in acts corresponding to this article, the company may restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's qualifications in accordance with Article 14.
④ Even if the user did not purchase tickets, etc. in the manner prescribed in Paragraph 1 of this Article, if it is confirmed that the user is causing disruption to the smooth reservation and cancellation of other users, the company may restrict, suspend, or terminate the user's qualifications in accordance with Article 12.
When purchasing tickets, the purchaser may receive the corresponding ticket at the exhibition site or enter after verifying the QR code issued by each reservation office on the site.
① Refunds are possible up to the day before the reservation date if the reservation was made on our website, and if the reservation was made at another reservation office, the refund policy of the reservation office takes precedence.
② The company may set different sales and cancellation deadline standards depending on individual products and services, and the relevant policy may be posted separately on the company's ticket reservation service or changed after notifying the user.
③The sales and cancellation deadlines in the preceding paragraph may be changed depending on the circumstances of the exhibition hall.
④ If the purchaser does not take the cancellation procedure by the ticket cancellation deadline, the purchaser cannot cancel or get a refund through the company's ticket reservation service.
⑤ The cancellation fee policy may be changed after prior notice. However, if the cancellation time falls within the deadline of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards, the compensation provisions of the Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards in Thailand shall apply.
⑥ If the purchaser loses or damages the reservation ticket or QR, the company may not allow the cancellation, change, or reissue of the reservation.
① PADO MEDIA ART SPACE WEBSITE collects the minimum amount of information necessary to execute a sales/purchase contract when collecting user information, and details regarding this follow the relevant laws and personal information processing policy.
② If the registered e-mail address or contact information changes, the user must change it in accordance with Paragraph 1 to maintain the up-to-dateness of the user information, and the user shall be responsible for all disadvantages that may arise from failure to change it. If the user's existing personal information and the personal information authenticated by the user during user authentication are different, the company may modify the user information with the personal information authenticated by the user during user authentication.
③ In order to protect personal information, the company shall limit the number of administrators and minimize them, and shall be fully responsible for any damages suffered by the user due to loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of the user's personal information, including credit card and bank account information.
④ In addition to the information directly provided by the user during the use of the service, the company may collect and use other information or provide it to a third party in accordance with the procedures stipulated in relevant laws such as personal information protection. In this case, the company shall obtain the necessary consent from the user in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations or comply with the procedures stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations.
⑤ The company or a third party who has received personal information from the company shall destroy the relevant personal information without delay when the purpose of collecting or providing the personal information has been achieved. However, personal information related to the use of prepaid payment methods shall be destroyed when all related accounting processing is completed.
⑥ In the event that the service agreement is terminated, the company shall destroy the relevant user's information in principle. However, in the following cases, the user information shall be stored. In this case, the company shall use the stored user information only for the purpose of storage.
1. In cases where preservation is required in accordance with the provisions of the Commercial Act, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. and other relevant laws and regulations, the company shall store the user information for a certain period of time stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations.
2. When consent is obtained for the collection of information or when the customer explicitly specifies the retention period (however, the legal mandatory retention period shall not exceed it), the user information shall be stored for the retention period.

In order to block users who voluntarily withdraw and then repeatedly re-register, cancel their membership, etc. to gain economic benefits from discount coupons, event benefits, etc. provided by the company, or who use their names without permission in the process, the company destroys the user's personal information after 7 days in order to block users who commit fraudulent and illegal acts.
⑦ The company's personal information processing policy does not apply to linked sites other than the company's official site or app. The user is responsible for checking the personal information processing policy of the relevant site and third party regarding the processing of personal information by third parties providing linked sites and services, and the company is not responsible for this.
① Coupons are coupons issued by the company for a fee or free of charge, and can be classified by the issuing target, issuing route, and usage target, etc., and the details of the coupon classification, discount amount (discount rate), usage method, usage period, and restrictions are displayed on the coupon or service screen. The type and content of the coupon and whether or not it is issued may vary depending on the company's business policy.
② Coupons cannot be withdrawn in cash, and they expire when the usage period indicated on the coupon expires or the usage agreement is terminated.
③ In the event of cancellation of a reservation transaction, the refund of the coupon used for the reservation will be determined according to the company's policy, and details will be provided through a wired notification or reservation service screen.
④ Except in cases where the company has separately specified, users cannot transfer coupons to third parties or other IDs, and cannot trade them for money or convert them into cash. If it is confirmed that the user has obtained/used coupons through an unfair method not approved by the company, the company may cancel the reservation application using the user's coupon or suspend or terminate the user's qualification.
⑤ The company's policy regarding coupons may change according to the company's business policy. In the event of a change that is disadvantageous to the user, it will be notified or announced in accordance with Article 3, and continued use of the service will be deemed as consent.
① These Terms and Conditions are the basic terms and conditions of the service use agreement established between the Company and the User. If necessary, the Company may determine matters applicable to specific services (hereinafter referred to as “Individual Terms and Conditions”) and announce them in advance. If the User agrees to these Individual Terms and Conditions and uses the specific service, the Individual Terms and Conditions shall be applied preferentially, and these Terms and Conditions shall have supplementary effect.
② If necessary, the Company may determine detailed individual contents (such as usage policies) related to the use of the service and announce them through the Company’s website, etc.
①All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the services provided by the Company, such as the design of the services provided by the Company, texts, scripts, graphics created by the Company, and user-to-user transmission functions, are owned by the Company or the Company has ownership or usage rights pursuant to Thai and foreign laws. However, works provided pursuant to postings and affiliate agreements, etc. are excluded.
② Users do not own the service or hold the copyright to the service due to these Terms of Use, but rather receive permission to use the service from the company. The service may only be used by users in the form provided for information acquisition or personal use.
③ Except for content explicitly permitted, users may not copy or distribute user status information obtained through the service for commercial purposes, including text, scripts, and graphics created by the company for user-to-user transmission functions.
④ The company grants users only the right to use accounts, IDs, and content in accordance with the terms of use set by the company in relation to the service, and users may not transfer, sell, or provide collateral for such rights.
⑤ Users may not use information obtained by using the company for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use such information by copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or other methods without the company’s prior consent.
①If the company suffers damages due to the user’s violation of the provisions of these Terms of Use, the user who violated these Terms of Use shall compensate the company for the damages incurred.
② If the Company receives any objections, including claims for damages or lawsuits, from the User or a third party other than the User due to an illegal act or violation of these Terms and Conditions committed by the User while using the Service, the User shall indemnify the Company at his/her own responsibility and expense. If the Company is not indemnified, the User shall compensate the Company for any damages incurred as a result. However, the Company shall be liable in accordance with the Civil Act and other relevant laws and regulations for damages incurred due to the Company’s intent or gross negligence.
① If the Company is unable to provide the service due to war, natural disaster, pandemic, or other force majeure, the Company shall be exempt from liability for the provision of the service.
② The Company shall not be liable for any service disruption caused by the user's fault.
③ The Company shall not be liable for any loss of expected profits by the user from using the service, nor shall it be liable for any damages caused by information obtained through the service.
④ The Company shall not be obligated to intervene in disputes that arise between users or between users and third parties through the service, and shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom.
⑤ The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the following matters, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the Company, its officers, employees, or agents.
1. Damages resulting from false or inaccurate user information, etc.
2. Personal damages incurred during access to and use of the service
3. Damages incurred from any illegal access by a third party or illegal use of the server
4. Damages incurred from any illegal interference or interruption by a third party of transmission to or from the server
5. Damages incurred from any virus, spyware, or other malicious programs that a third party illegally transmits, distributes, or causes to be transmitted or distributed using the service
6. Damages incurred from errors, omissions, omissions, destruction, etc. of transmitted data
7. Various civil and criminal liabilities resulting from defamation or other illegal acts incurred during registration of user status information and use of the service

②The company strives to give priority to complaints and opinions submitted by users.
①Any lawsuit regarding an e-commerce dispute that arises between the company and a user shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court that has jurisdiction over the company.
②Any e-commerce lawsuit filed between the company and a user shall be subject to Thai law.
